Choc Chip cake like cookies

Socially we're now back to what's known as Cook night.  A few years ago, when I moved home after being made redundant my friends now ex-wife worked shifts so when she was on nights I'd go over and we'd play Mario Kart and watch crap TV (the first time I ever met her she came home to find us sitting on the sofa racing, barely taking our eyes from the TV to say hello!).  As she was working we took it in turns to cook.  This developed into another friend joining us, who couldn't cook beans on toast according to his fit sister (now he can cook cheese on toast as well).  After an argument, thanks to Kev's calendar it was found to be my turn to cook and made fusion meatball fajita's.  If you're lucky I might share the recipe for that another time!

Tonight's is another quick recipe, takes about 10 minutes to make the batter, and about 15 mins to cook each batch.  Rather than chewy cookies these are half cookie, half cake.

Ingredients for a single batch (it doesn't make enough to feed 4 hungry bastards):
4oz Butter or Marge
2 oz Sugar
1 Egg
5oz Self Raising flour
100g choc chips

So here's how to do it:

  1. Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl (That means use an electric whisk and mix them on high for a while).
  2. Add the egg and continue to mix the batter.
  3. Fold the flour into the batter mix.  I might of just mixed it in by hand as I'm lazy.
  4. Add the choc chips.
I got this far and realised I better double the quantities as they'd disappear by lunch time otherwise!  That's it for another week, let me know if you have anything you think I should make next week.....

Book time two

So this week I ended up reading The Curds and Whey mystery, the third in the Third Pig Detective Agency series (by Bob Burke) and then Trolls in the Hamptons by Celia Jerome.

So The Curds and Whey Mystery.  If you haven’t guessed yet it features little Miss Muffet and the Third Pig of the three little pigs, and like Ronseal, it does what it says on the tin.  He’s a detective.  The book is set in the fictional Grimmtown (named after the brothers) and contain lots of folk tale people.  The first book involves Aladdin (on a completely different side note – I once convinced someone that Ali was short for Aladdin, but man was she stupid.  Mind you so is Ali.....) and the second features the Jolly Red man who visited a month ago (and no, that’s not a euphemism).

Is it worth reading?  Not really.  They’re quirky little books which are quick to read but not exactly spectacular.  The culprit is not usually the one you expect, and they’re good filler, and I most probably will read the next one, but I won’t buy it new, I’ll wait for it to be second hand and cheap (just like me).

After I finished this one, I started Trolls in the Hamptons.  This is the first in the Willow Tate series.  Whats it about?  Magic once again.  Well, a kinda magic.  It starts with a young graphic artist (the afore mentioned Willow Tate), the titular Troll and family gifts.  Is it my kind of book?  Not really.

It’s well written, but I don’t think I’m the target market (I think that’s teenage girls).  The set up was good, however I did feel it was suddenly over.  The denouement just seemed a bit too easy and quick.   Would I recommend this book?  To a teenage girl, yes.  Will I read the next in the series, maybe.

Now I've finished these 2, I've started to read Ash Mistry and the Savage Fortress.  I might only read the one book in the next week as I've got the Superbowl preview magazine to read as well as the newest edition of Comic Heroes.

Shortbread fudge cookies

Okay, so tomorrow's goodies for work are Shortbread fudge cookies.  Why?  Because they're quick and simple.

Ingredients:
6oz plain flour
2oz sugar (supposed to be caster sugar, I have granulated in the cupboard so it'll do)
4oz butter (I use baking block as I'm tight)
Pack of fudge pieces (The one I used was 85grams from tesco's baking section)

Steps:
  1. Put the flour and sugar in a bowl.  You're supposed to sieve the flour but I never bother as I'm lazy.
  2. Add the butter to the bowl.  It's easier if it's in quite small chunks.
  3. Rub the butter into the mixture using your fingertips until it's like breadcrumbs.  If you don't know how, put both hands in the bowl, pick up some of the mixture, rub between your thumb and middle and fore fingers, dropping back into the bowl.  Then repeat.
  4. Add the fudge pieces.  Try not to eat too many, but man are they tasty.
  5. Squidge together until it forms a dough.  Think the technical term is kneading.
  6. I leave it for half hour, dunno why, but it seems to help the mixture bond.  I think it has to do with the heat of my kitchen allowing the butter to melt.
  7. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.  Use a cutter to cut out shapes and put on a baking tray.  I use a round one until the tray is full then a smaller one for the left overs to fill in the gaps on the tray.  Once again I use a silicon lining.
  8. I like well done shortbread, so I cook it for about 20mins on gas mark 4 (200C?).  15 mins if you want it normal shortbread done-ness.
  9. Leave out for 5 mins then put on wire rack.  Or eat them.
As you can see, forget about the fudge pieces, they taste awesome, but don't look pretty, and if you eat a cookie too quickly, they act like Napalm.

Why do I always add stuff to cookies?  Because it makes them delicious.  Now I'm going to watch today's Babylon 5 on Watch on catchup (Season 3 is amazing, if you haven't seen this show do.  Buy it on DVD, it's cheap and watch it.  Season 1 is so so, Season 2 is better and season 3 and 4 are amazing.  Season 5 is so so again as they were expecting it to be cancelled and then it was reprieved).

Let me know if anyone else wants cookies.

Geeks in waistcoats......

So we're trying to update the blog a lot more regularly (or should that be we are trying to endevour to update our blog on a more regular basis?), so a few times a week.

So what have we been up to?

This weekend we both went to a friends wedding in Littlehampton.  Well, I went to 2 Weddings actually!  So I finished my real job and got dropped off, sat on the train to be told that it wasn't going anywhere due to a tree on the line so ran to get the Gatwick train and changed there.  Luckily I had a book with me so was happily entertained (more about that on Friday).

When I finally got to Goring-by-sea I was the only person getting off the train, so surprisingly there was no taxi.  So I started walking to the venue with my paper map (yes, Paper.  My phone is a brick and is barely in colour, on the plus side the battery does last about a week).  So my friends phoned me and told me I'd missed the turning, so I went back and up this dark secluded road and got to a big hotel.

Unfortunately this was the Highdown Hotel, not the Highdown Vineyard so I went in to ask where I was supposed to be and basically crashed a Chav wedding.  I did get a beer and the number for a taxi.  The taxi was going to be 45 minutes so I started walking and found that if my friends hadn't of phoned me it was another 200m from when they called.  Bastards.

So I eventually go to the wedding and proceeded to drink a fair amount (none of my friends were really intrested in Tequila the losers) and just as it was starting to turn into a real party it was time to go.  We got back to the hotel and decided to go back to our friends room, have a few more drinks and order Domino's.  It was then we got a knock on the door telling us to "Shut the Fuck Up" basically from the receptionist.

Luckily I didn't have too bad of a hangover, and didn't end up being sick like the last wedding, which Nicky was appreciative of!  Unfortunately my friends are Bastards and went for breakfast without me so I was starving by the time I eventually got home!

What else have we been doing?  Not much!

Baking and Books - The book bit.....

So I ended last week by saying how I'd just started to read the latest Alex Verus Novel, Chosen (by Benedict Jacka).  What was it about? How was it?

Well, it's an Urban Fantasy, or that's what I call it anyway.  It's quite a popular genre at the moment, modern day tales with fantasy and magic thrown in, like Harry Potter!  So Alex Verus, it's about a wizard, well Mage who's the main protagonist (not exactly a hero, way too self serving for that).  Its the 4th in the series but I'd say it's my favourite series compared to Jim Butcher's Dresden files or Ben Aaronovich's River's of London series which is very similar.

So a Mage?  Yes, a wizard with one power, he can see the future, which is quite a cool power and he's quite self serving and selfish, which might be why I like him as a character!  In the latest book, he tries to protect his friends whilst dealing with his own dark past.  Without giving away any spoilers, it's well written, and the choices he makes are ones I understand.  I often read a chapter when I go to bed, unfortunately the 1 chapter ended up being 180 pages so I was quite tired for work the next day!  I'd definitely recommend the series, but read them in order, unfortunately I have 8 months until the next one.

So what else have I read?  The Cuckoo's calling by Robert Galbrath, or, the book JK Rowling wrote that's under a pseudonym as they swear and have sex.  Is it any good?  Yes.  I loved the Harry Potter books, even though I didn't expect to.  I remember reading the first one when I was 18, I had tonsillitis and didn't have anything else to read so resorted to that and was hooked!

Back to the book, just so we're upfront, I love me my murder mysteries, from Murder she wrote (don't mess with the Death Magnet, but if I do ever meet Angela Lansbury, I'll run like hell) to Castle (Nathan Fillion, 'nuff said).  I wasn't expecting to like this book as much as I did.  The book's written in a different style to the Potter books which you'd expect, and to be honest wasn't as gripping, but I still sat reading it on a Sunday morning with a cuppa so it was better than the TV which is always good in a book.   The characters were well rounded and not the typical pretty ones, well the main detective anyway.

Would I recommend it?  Definitely.  Why?  I didn't guess the killer.  Does it matter?  Yes, I watch Death in Paradise with my parents as it's one of the few shows they don't need any explaining and can guess the killer half way in.  Normally about 20 minutes before my dad shouts who did it.  Mind you this is the same man who gets confused between Harvey and Mike when we watch Suits and is banished for anything more complicated.......

Why do you care what books I read?  Because I read a lot, and Ali told me the more I update this blog the better Google likes our website.  Plus, if you didn't know, I'm a geek, so I tend to read geeky books, and some pretty random ones as well as more mainstream ones.

Next week I'll tell you how the third in the Third Pig Detective Agency series and Trolls in the Hamptons were, if I finish them.....

Baking and Books, well Double choc chip oatmeal cookies

So each week for work I bake some goodies and thought why not share it with you all, the recipe's come from  my mum's giant old cook book she's had for 50 years, as well as tell you about the books I've read this week, but I'll do that tomorrow, maybe.

This week I've made Double choc chip oatmeal cookies

The ingredients you'll need for a single batch are below, I normally double up and make loads, as you can see in the picture above!

  • 4oz Sugar,
  • 4oz Marg / Butter
  • Tablespoon Golden syrup,
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of Soda
  • 4oz self raising flour
  • 4oz oats
  • 100g milk choc chips
  • 100g white choc chips

The steps to make this are:

  1. Melt the marg or butter with the sugar and syrup over a low heat.  And yes, stir it until its melted or it'll burn.
  2. Take it off the heat and mix in the flour, then the bicarb before mixing in the oats.  Why the oats last?  As they're a pain in the backside to mix, I've snapped one of my mum's wooden spoons doing it before (I blamed someone else of course)
  3. Leave for about 45 mins to cool.  Why do you do this?  So the choc chips don't melt, trust me, I've made this mistake.
  4. Once it's cool to the finger, mix in the choc chips.
  5. Heat the oven to gas mark 4, no idea what the temp is, 200C maybe?  The tray I use has a silicon liner, why is this important?  So they don't stick and are easy to get off.  I've tried other things like baking paper but it's pretty crap.
  6. Roll small balls of dough about the size of a ping pong ball, bigger for bigger cookies, smaller for smaller ones, obviously.
  7. Cook for about 10 minutes.  About?  Yes, about, each oven is different, and after the oven's been doing a few batches they can be done a little less.
  8. Once done, leave the tray on the side for 5 minutes.  If you don't leave them and try to take them off the tray straight away you'll fail as they'll still be too gooey.
  9. Once you've waited, move them onto a wire rack to cool.
  10. Repeat this until you've run out of dough.
  11. Eat them.
  12. Curse your weakness for failing your new years diet.
Why should you care about cooking?  Because cookies are amazing, and they're easy to make.  Plus, if you ask us nicely at most convention's we'll have a stash of cookies to help us through the day, often not eating real food but full of sugar and caffeine.  Plus, nothing goes better with a book than a cuppa and a cookie, or a quick snack during a game of Fifa or Mario Kart.  Talking of which I can't wait for the new one to come out on the Wii U (when it does I hope Robbie buys one, I know I can't afford it!).

Next week I'll either cook Chocolate flapjack or fudge shortbread cookies, if you have any preference, let us know.

January Funk and malaise

So my business partner Ali-pops told me a new blog post was long overdue so here it is, even when it’s his turn for a techy one.

So I hope everyone who reads this (all 4 of you) had a good Christmas and involved lots of alcohol and new year’s was better than mine (apparently my social life is like Eastenders, I would go into more detail but I’m sure I would alienate any of my remaining friends).

So what have we been up to at Geek is Chic?  Not much to be honest.  We tried out the whole paying for people to see a facebook post and seemed to have quite a few people like our page, when I looked earlier tonight we had 212 likes, which I’m pretty amazed at, now we just need that 212 people to start buying our shirts!  Ali-pops is also trying out to see what more people see – photo’s, posts, links, blog posts, at the moment it seems to be photo’s, but then again it could be that people liked the photo more than the post so we could be completely wrong!

Now we’re starting to get prepped for the Spring Convention Season, I’m getting the stock ordered for the Midlands Comic con in February and then in March we have one every week – Cardiff, Newcastle, London, Birmingham and maybe Kitacon or Luxcon.  So that means we need to stock up as we don’t want to go to any con’s with a sub standard quantity and maybe a few new shirts too.

So thats about all from Me, I’m going back to watching B5 on Watch – I still love this show!  I might write another post with all the latest geek news, but then again I might be too busy reading (have just started the new Benedict Jacka book.........)

MCM Birmingham

......so I ordered some new retro Sega shirts to arrive in time for MCM Birmingham from a new supplier.  When I arrived home on Friday I found that they tried to deliver whilst no one was home.  The depot is in freaking Newbury so no new shirts for the con and a limited number of Marvel shirts as I'm still waiting for them to arrive.  So by this point I'm a little stressed.

My friend Robbie agree to come to Birmingham with me so he picked me up after he finished work on Friday and our friend Kev met us at his and we got pizza and played Mario Kart until about midnight, feeling a lot better about the weekend.

The alarm on my phone went off at 4.45 which was not fun, and I mighta eaten too much pizza the night before as I was still stuffed!  We packed the car and off we went in the dark.  2 hours later we got to the NEC, Rob dropped me off at the door and went and parked up.  We rushed setting up and found ourselves between the Amazing Cake Company and an artist selling Anime copies called Anya and her sister's boyfriend Josh.  Yes the Amazing cake company do amazing cakes (as I type this I realise Robbie stole my one I got at the end of the convention and have just sent him an abusive text.  Not happy).  Anya has a lot of talent, although you could tell her heart wasn't really into Anime.

So Saturday was a good day, with us selling more in one day than all of last weekend!  I had a chat to the guys I always bump into and found that one dealer last weekend sold a total of a single £2.50 key ring in 3 days which made our losses seem a lot better!

After we finished we drove to the hotel and got a massive KFC.  I basically ate so much fried chicken it hurt to breathe and fell asleep before the end of the film I was watching (Ocean's 11).

So I was up quite early Sunday sweating as I'd turned my heating on full.  After my morning ablutions I booked next March's con online so I didn't have to fight the crowd in the organiser's office and off we trundled back to work.

Sunday was slower as always, Robbie found something for his kid and Baby Momma and I managed to have a flying chat to Cult stuff who were next to me at Cardiff comic con.  For lunch I sent my helper out to get Subway as that's healthier than Pizza or fried chicken......

At the end of the day Danny John Jules dropped past the Amazing Cake Company, robbie got all fan boy and almost blinded him with the Flash on his camera but was too shy to ask for an autograph (I like to point out the deal for him helping at the show was Craig Charles autograph, its not my fault he pulled out, and he could of gotten the Cat's for Free).  As this was happening one of the organiser's brought a shirt, so I must be doing something right with our selection!

So after we had packed up and started the journey home our trusty Sat nav took us down lots of back roads all the way to the M40.  We eventually found a decent services just outside of Reading where we completed the fast food pyramid by having a Bacon double cheeseburger XL from Burger King and robbie brought a couple of books as he was feeling emotionally guilty for leaving his son for the first time.

I eventually got home about 9 and collapsed in front of the TV with a cuppa tea to start catching up on my tv shows from the weekend.  Today I've been doing the boring admin bits but I'll tell you all about that another time

Collectormania 20 aka The frozen wastes of Milton Keynes

So I'm thankfully back from Collectormania and grateful to be home as it was awful.  Sit back and hear the tale.........

After another ungodly early start (5am Wake up for a 6am train) I got to london, made it across to Euston on the Northern line to be confronted by steps off the platform.  Lets say with 2 suitcases this was looking pretty shitty until a helpful aussie kindly carried one up for me.  I made it to my train and felt a little quesy, I mean tilting trains just isn't normal!  So I got to Milton keynes and got a taxi to the Arena (no way was I walking the hour!).

So I got in and set up and was a little apprehensive as the people next to me had a baby, which as it turned out was the least of my problems over the weekend.  So I got set up and sat down, waiting to sell my wares and realised the arena was only half finished.  The floors were bare concrete, the walls were half finished and it was freezing.  Oh, and there were pigeons flying about like the vermin they are.

Friday was slow, hardly any people at all and fewer sales.  If I hadn't enjoyed talking to Andy the autograph dealer and Seb, Anne-Marie and the baby from Dr Who online I might have cried, everyone agreeing that tommorro would be a better day.  Afterwards I got picked up by my friend Myf who's house I was staying at and went back to her's to warm up.  After watching Star Trek Into Darkness (KHAAAAAAAAN!) I went to sleep.

After another early start and burning my self on her shower I put on 2 pairs of socks and off we went.  We were only a few minutes late (I blame it on the queue at the Mcdonalds drive-thru) we sat and waited for the customers.  They didn't appear.

After a soul destroying day for all dealers we (Myf and I) decided to have Wagon mama's for dinner and watch Gravity to cheer me up.  The food was good (love Udon noodles) and the movie was good, but not sure if it was as good as the hype, but most probably the best 3D movie I've seen (well, I have only seen 3 now, that, Thor and Dredd).

Sunday Myf dropped me off, I was well prepared this time wearing 3 pairs of socks, before returning to her bed.  Sunday was a strange day, the Dr Who online team had headed home so we expanded a bit and we actually sold more t-shirts than on the Saturday.  Myf turned up at about 2 to help bearing much appreciated KFC, although it wasn't appreciated as much as being able to leave her to look after the stall whilst I went to pee!

The highlight of the weekend was most probably stood chatting to Myf, Andy and Judson Scott about films, directors and actors he knew and what kind of people they were.  At about 5 it was obvious there was nobody else coming in and so we packed the suitcases which were still basically full after an awful weekend and I was dropped off at the Station for my journey home.  The connections were good and I finally got home about 9 trying not to use the weekend as a positive.  Yes, I lost money, but it's a learning curve and one bad show out of 4 isn't too bad, I just hope MCM Birmingham is better next weekend.

My highlights of Collectormania 20 include:
  • Freezing (it was warmer outside on Friday)
  • Not being Shat on by Pigeons (apparently that happened to a couple of dealers)
  • The apology letter for how bad the show was from the organisers.
  • Meeting Seb and Anne-marie
  • Chatting to Jusdon Scott.
  • Getting home.

Next up is MCM Birmingham, hopefully there we'll make some money...........

MCM London Winter Comic Con - part 2, eventually

......so after a weekend at a wedding and hassle from Ali, I'm finally finishing the story from MCM, why did I split it into 2?  Mainly as I was told my last coupla posts were "wordy" but anything longer than a tweet is wordy for ali!

So The Saturday at Comic con, after a much needed Bacon Sarnie we got to Canning town and had to walk to the Excel with our suitcase (Ali still contends he's got a bad hand from playing netball).  So we got set up, ali bitched about there only being one chair and we were off.

The morning started slowly but soon picked up, at one point whilst ali was peeing I was serving 3 people at once, I am one fine salesman!  Originally we were going out with a friend drinking but by the end of the day we ended up crashing as soon as we got back to his and doing Ali's homework - watching Arrow season 1 (The poor boy is good with computers, but lacks all popular culture references what so ever, sometimes I wonder what he did as a kid when he couldn't even name Donkey Kong......)

So Sunday Morning I woke up bright and early and was surprised that I was awake before Ali, so I did my morning ablutions and Ali was still asleep.  It was only then that I had the glass shattering realisation that I'd forgotten to change the time on my phone so was up an hour early, Sunday was gonna be a long day!

It only got longer when we got to the Excel and found it opened at 10am, so we were an hour early, and I was so tempted to climb on top of our table and sleep.  Sunday was also a lot busier than expected, but i was good and didn't look round as I'd of brought too much stuff but did see some awesome cosplay, including a real life space marine.  He was so big he had to have a guide to tell him when to stop and when to go!

So at the end of the day we managed to put all our remaining stock into my 2 suitcases and managed to squeeze onto a bus to Canning town so I could get the train home.  I wasn't that lucky.  Due to the weather my train took 2 hours instead of 1 and was rammed full of people.  By the time I got through my front door all I wanted was a cuppa tea and my bed!

Next up we've got Collectomania in Milton Keynes with a new comer to con life, our friend Myf....

MCM London Winter Comic Con - part 1

So our latest adventure was the crazyness that makes up the MCM London at the Excel centre.  I was stressed before I even got there as the 7 day print guarantee for our business cards didn't turn up in 7 days and one of our suppliers shipped the t-shirts to me AM delivery, and were a no show when I left with my 2 suitcases full of goodies at 11am!

So after a train trip and the underground I got to the Excel centre for about 12.30 for a 2pm start, not bad, thinking I only had to find my table then put out the shirts, how wrong could I be.  After queueing up I was told I had to go to the organiser's office, who then told me I had to go to the other office to get my weekend pass, where I was finally told I had to go to the back gate to get it. Whilst pulling 2 suitcases.  Fun.

So I got my pass and then had to find my table, well I now realise security aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer as they didn't know how to get to the hall, after being sent to 3 different places I finally found the entrance and my table and started to set up.  It was at this point I got the call telling me the remainder of my shirts had turned up in Aldershot.  Nice.

So I set up my table, and proceeded to not sell many shirts.  At 7 I quickly put my shirts away and took my empty suitcase and rushed to the DLR so I could get back to Aldershot to pick up my shirts.  So I got back to Aldershot at 8.50 and rushed home, packed as many t-shirts into my suitcase as I could and then had to pull it back up the hill to the train station.  38 minute round trip and I was so proud!

On the train I met a Spanish Au Pair called Laura (pronounced La-Or-Ra) and chatted in spanglish to Surbiton.  She was just my type, pretty, foreign and doesn't speak very much English!  So I eventually made it to Ali's for 11pm and basically passed out.  And the weekend had barely begun for geek is chic..........

London Film and Comic con, Kensington olympia

So after Cardiff Comic con I was kinda pumped about the business, but unbelievably disappointed that the website wasn’t up and running.  The weekend after my birthday I came up to London to see Ali and we ended up finishing the website as well as watching the entire 6th series of Big Bang theory (of which a t-shirt is available here.

As we were doing this I’d set up an account with a new supplier who sells some awesome transformers t-shirts and ordered 100 of these and topped up the stock of our other shirts and was prepped for the London Film and Comic con at Kensington Olympia.

The Friday before the con I came up to London to set up the stall so got to the venue, dumped all my tee’s on the table, covered them with a sheet and took my empty suitcase with me to Caledonian road to pick up our oh so sweet transformers tee’s.  The guy at the factory was really nice if not more than a little surprised that I was taking all the shirts in my suitcase, but I signed the form and I was off back to Olympia where I dumped the suitcase before going home.  Just as I was falling asleep I got a call from Ali’s wife telling me he was over excited as although he’d never been to a comic con he’d found out Brian Blessed was going to be there!

Now getting to Olympia is actually pretty easy for me, 1 change at Clapham and I’m there, for all Ali claims at living in London it takes him a bit longer to get there than it does for me (it involves 2 buses a tube and a walk).  I was there bright and early, waiting on Ali who had half our shirts which I’d brought up the previous weekend and winding me up that he hadn’t bothered to bring any.

So the Con was pretty quiet, overall we sold less shirts than Cardiff.  Our stall was opposite one of the photo booth’s which was pretty awesome as for about a hour we could hear “GORDON’S ALIVE!” being shouted by the legend that is Brian Blessed.  We also saw Michael Shanks (better known as Danial Jackson to Stargate fans and Victor to Burn Notice fans – what do you mean you’ve never heard of Burn Notice?  It’s awesome.  I mean, Bruce Campbell – nuff said).

My Highlights of Cardiff Comic con included:

  • Hearing Brian Blessed from our stall.
  • Too many cosplay of the Doctor.
  • Cosplay power ranger couple who shouldn’t have been wearing lycra.
  • Slutty Captain America crossplay (In case you were curious, crossplay is cosplay as the opposite sex, so yes, it was a very attractive female Captain America)
  • Lots of Stargate teams.
  • Lots of slutty Harley Quinn cosplay.
  • Transformer family Cosplay – my favourite cosplay EVER! (they're in the below video, honest)
  • Being able to pee.

So now I’m going back to packing for tommorro’s trip to London for the start of MCM London Comic Con at the excel centre (and by packing I mean baking cookies) but we’ll update you after the weekend with our stories...........
